Challenge
PING is one of the oldest industry leaders of golf club makers. The iconic club designs stand the test of time with their commitment to innovation and craftsmanship. Balancing the legacy of PING with their cutting edge approach to development required reimagining the current website structure and improving the eCommerce experience.
Solution
To center the craftsmanship of PING and allow the product quality to speak for itself, we selected bold historical imagery and kept product photos at center stage. Creating a space that is engaging for both new golf players and seasoned veterans to navigate purchasing clubs, accessories, and maintaining care for their game.

We developed the mega menu to simplify navigating products and their critical differences. Improving the eCommerce experience also included simplifying the return process to foster a sense of trust with users, PING's game was improving theirs. We also planned and constructed a timeline for consumers to walk the journey with PING from garage innovators to becoming a globally recognized standard of excellence.
